Jack Gold Surgical Appliances, Inc. Merges With M&M Prosthetics & Orthotics of Bethlehem, PA
Jack Gold Surgical Appliances (JGSA) is joining forces with M&M Prosthetics & Orthotics. JGSA has been a leader in the orthotic and prosthetic field in New Jersey for over 40 years. Combined, JGSA and M&M will operate three locations in New Jersey in Randolph, Orange, and Shrewsbury as well as two M&M locations in Bethlehem and East Stroudsburg, PA.

Over the next few months as the two organizations merge into one, we promise to keep you informed and make decisions with our patients' interests as our top priority. Why we are merging? Although health care costs to the consumers are rising, reimbursement to providers is always under pressure. This coupled with the increased costs of running a business make it increasingly difficult for a small provider to focus on high quality efficient care. We firmly believe that by merging we will be able to better serve our patients long into the future.
Will M & M be closing? Absolutely NOT—This merger will create greater resources and more options for our patients. Jack Gold operates several offices in New Jersey that may be more convenient.
Will you still accept my insurance? Absolutely—and by merging with Jack Gold, there are more insurance companies that we will participate with.
Will I still see the same Orthotist or Prosthetist?
Absolutely—in fact, we hope that by sharing our resources, we will improve our scheduling and be able to deliver services and devices faster and more efficiently.
